FLOW METERS PADDLE WHEEL TYPE :
Paddle wheel flow meters belong to the category of insertion type flow
meters. The rotating paddle wheel generates a signal in proportion to the
velocity of the moving fluid which is read in terms of the flow rate.
Because the pipe's cross-sectional area is known & remains fixed the
velocity is an indication of the rate.

INSTALLATION
FITTINGS :
All installation fittings are supplied along with the flow
sensor. The sensor may be installed in a PP wafer drilled as per
BS 10 TABLE E OR ANSI B 16.5 standards or a Glue-on PVC saddle
or a SS stub welded to a MS/SS plate. |

METER WITH ISOLATION VALVE (wet tap assembly) ON EXTRA COST :
You can completely eliminate downtime resulting from sensor
maintenance, with the simple addition of the Wet Tao Valve
assembly. Should a sensor, rotor or O-ring need to replaced, the
wet tap assembly provides a safe & fast method of
removing a specially extended sensor from your pipe without
system shut-down |
