AIR VELLOCITY MEASURING KIT

BIMCO make On-line Stack & Duct Velocity Meter which provides digital display of linear velocity in ducts or stacks.

 It employs the methodology suggested by EPA / ISS for measurement of velocity in stacks.

 It computes the velocity at the point of location from the measured parameters, which include differential pressure across a  ‘S’ type pitot tube,

stack gas temperature and stack gas pressure. When measurements at multiple traverse points are taken,

it automatically computes the average velocity and volumetric discharge of gas. 

The system also has user program averaging for fluctuating velocities. The data can be transferred on to a  PC through the RS-232 serial port.

   

Microprocessor circuit assures maximum possible accuracy, provides special functions and features. Large LCD with Dual function meter’s display. Metal vane, heavy duty and wide range air flow measurement. Records Maximum and Minimum reading with RECALL. Data Hold. Auto Power OFF. RS-232 Serial Interface.
